#15 What's Important To Conor Patton
Today's guest spent over 40 years in Bank of Ireland, describes himself as having had seven different careers within the Bank in the UK and Ireland. On finishing with the Bank over a year ago he set up his own business and is currently working with clients in the insurance and the telecoms sectors. He is also a Lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply programme.
He is an avid runner having completed his first marathon in Dublin 1981 and has used his passion for running to develop successful Health and Well Being initiatives including Couch to 5k programmes. He is also a volunteer coach with children for Community Games and with the Special Olympics.
He is a family man and sees getting and maintaining a balance in our busy lives as being central to our own wellbeing. A key element to this is working hard to stay connected to family and friends in a business and social context.
