Today’s guest is a HR and Training Consultant, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in HRM, organisational behaviour and organisation development at Trinity College Dublin.
She is a highly accomplished HR practitioner with over 30 years of achievements in public sector HR, including 10 years at HR Director and Deputy HR Director level.
Since 2014, she has been a Training Specialist with Public Affairs Ireland, and she has delivered extensive training for public servants - in areas including HR, dignity at work, people and performance management, change management, public sector competencies, negotiations skills and EDI.
As a HR Consultant, she has provided HR and employee relations services to many public sector organisations.
She has an exceptional record of delivering success for organisations in culture change, performance management, workforce planning, HR strategy, policies competency frameworks and policy review development.
She has extensive HR qualifications and is a qualified mediator
