Todays guest is a mindset and high performance coach and is the owner ClarityCoach.ie. He works with individuals, groups and teams to help them optimize their personal and professional lives.

He trained as a Personal Business and Executive Coach and is a certified trainer in team coaching and addiction coaching. He is also a trained practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is accredited as a Spotlight Practitioner with Mind flicks which is all about developing High Performance, Adaptability and Connection.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the education sector working as a secondary school teacher. He created a social entrepreneurship initiative called learningrevolution.ie which hosted regular meet ups and events to support teachers within the education system.

He is a featured writer in the November 2022 number 1 Irish Times best-selling book publication, Ionbhá: The Empathy book for Ireland which features other writers such as President Michael D. Higgins, The Edge from U2, Cillian Murphy from Peaky Blinders and the RTE radio presenter, Brendan O’Connor among many others.

He has co-designed a leadership course called “Leaders for Life” for the University of Limerick. The online course is created for student representatives within the college and gives them access to online content created by ClarityCoach.ie to support them in their leadership role within the university.
