Episode 53
#53 What's Important To Laurie Sjostrom
Today's guest is a mother of 2 children with 4 serious diagnoses between them and she is determined to get the word out that parents are the first people who should have support when a child is diagnosed with a serious illness. We all know that we should put the oxygen masks on ourselves before helping our children but rarely do we actually do that.
She has discovered the reasons behind this and has come up with a way of helping parents achieve their number one priority, care for their children, while also taking care of themselves so they can make it through even the most emotionally challenging and draining days."
The insights she shares are related to how we can identify limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, or sabotaging thoughts.
For most of us we have got on the merry-go-round of using affirmations, feeling like they are not working, giving up, becoming cynical, becoming desperate and then trying affirmations again. For some of us, it doesn't work. Laurie's systematic approach helps you figure out your specific needs and targets only those.
She offers training in positive intelligence and coaching for your individual situation. Her clients all agree that the support she offers is beyond compare."
Today we find out what's important to Laurie Sjostrom.
