#6 What's Important To Annette Reilly

Today's guest has over 18 years’ experience working in large multinationals in the finance sector and has always had a passion for health and wellness. She committed to educating and inspiring her community to live a healthier, happier lifestyle through Health and Wellness Coaching and she has a special interest in Self Care. 

She believes that your mind and body are closely linked and my approach to my clients are from a functional medicine perspective: sleep, exercise, diet and stress solutions.

She lives in Dublin, and is the owner of “Wellness for Everyday People” where she designs and delivers wellness training programmes and coaching whilst enhancing and optimising employee health and encouraging positive change in the organisational culture.
