Today's guest is originally from Brittany in France, and has been living in Ireland since 2005. She is a certified Human Design analyst, authenticity & life coach and Rahanni practitioner with a passion for empowering people to discover their uniqueness and embrace their authentic self.
Her journey started more than 10 years ago, when she found herself in the grips of debilitating back pain, a condition that led her to not one but two back surgeries.
These experiences forced her to pause, look inward, and embark on a profound journey of self-discovery.
She realised that true healing was not just about fixing her body but also about understanding the root causes of her suffering. During this journey she came across Human Design, which could be described as a βuserβs manual for who you areβ.
Human design, with its unique insights into our individuality and the way we are designed to interact with the world, played a pivotal role in her life.
It made her realise that she has been living out of alignment with her true self most of her life. This was the aha moment that changed her life.
She believes that discovering who you truly are, connecting with your true self and embracing your uniqueness is magnetic and the cornerstone of a joyful life.
